What we collect

• Purchase data: name, email, country and company (optional).
• Minimal billing data returned by Stripe (last 4 digits, tax country).
• Your licence status and downloads.
• Anonymous website usage metrics.

What we do NOT collect

We never receive or store your Shopify catalog, orders, customers or credentials. The app connects directly from your machine to Shopify and the AI provider — no server of ours sits in between.

Processors

• Stripe: payment processing and invoicing.
• Supabase: licence and download storage.
• Transactional email provider to deliver your licence.

Legal basis and retention

We process data to perform the purchase contract and meet tax obligations. Billing records are kept for the period required by law.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, portability or objection at todo@mercaderia.co. We reply within 30 days.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and aggregated metrics. We never sell data or run advertising profiling.
