MercaderIA does not offer refunds. It is digital software delivered instantly, so all sales are final. Last updated: 2026-08-05.
All sales are final
As soon as payment is confirmed you receive your licence key and installer. Because the product is delivered and consumed instantly, it cannot be "returned". We therefore issue no refunds, full or partial.
Why this policy
It matches how major technology companies treat downloadable software and digital content: Apple App Store, Google Play and Microsoft Store treat software purchases as final once downloaded. A delivered file cannot be taken back, and this policy lets us keep one honest price instead of pricing in fraud.

Cancelling the monthly plan
Cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops the next charge; the period already paid stays active until it ends and is not prorated.
Exceptions
We only review duplicate charges or billing errors caused by us. Email todo@mercaderia.co within 7 days with the transaction ID.
Acceptance
Before paying you must tick the box confirming you have read and accept the terms, the privacy policy and this no-refund policy.
