Terms and conditions

1. Licence

Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use MercaderIA. The lifetime licence covers up to 3 devices; the monthly plan covers 1 active device. Reselling, redistributing, decompiling or assigning the licence is not permitted. "Lifetime" refers to the commercial life of the product: it covers updates and improvements for as long as MercaderIA remains commercially available.

2. Plans and payments

• Monthly: renews automatically until you cancel from your account.
• Lifetime: one-time payment, no renewals, updates included.
• Prices are shown with the taxes applicable in your country.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card data.

3. Final sales

MercaderIA is digital software with instant delivery: the licence and installer are issued as soon as payment is confirmed. All sales are therefore final and no refunds are issued. By purchasing you expressly consent to immediate performance of the digital service and waive any withdrawal right where applicable.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the actions the agent executes in your Shopify store. MercaderIA may not be used for illegal activity, spam, infringement of third-party rights or stores selling products prohibited by Shopify.

5. Intellectual property

MercaderIA, its code, brand and materials belong to MercaderIA. The content you generate with the app (copy, images, dashboards) belongs to you.

6. Warranties and liability

The software is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services (Shopify, AI providers). Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

7. Cancellation and suspension

You can cancel the monthly plan at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. We may suspend licences in cases of fraud, chargebacks or breach of these terms.
